Stem cells cure pulmonary hypertension

At the PCUSM in Dominican Republic, Dr. Leonel Fernandez Liriano has announced the results of a 9-month study performed on patients with pulmonary hypertension. They were treated with stem cells extracted from their own blood.

Zannos Grekos, another member of the research crew, said that they haven’t been following the usual routes. Instead, they’ve made their own protocol: “It goes against traditional theory that we should try to fix the existing pulmonary vasculature, but we are generating new blood vessels with impressive results.”

A patient from Georgia with pulmonary hypertension said that even after taking meds he was still in a decline, feeling chest pains and such. “By using advanced stem cells engineering technology we’ve been able to create new blood vessels from patient’s own stem cells.” says Grekos.
